I ordered a Granny Smith apple snowball, unaware that it included caramel, as the menu provided no description, and the cashier was unable to explain the item. When I raised my concern, the owner was rude, dismissive, and insisted that neither the menu nor staff needed to clarify menu items, placing the burden on me to know what I was ordering. I’m disappointed by the lack of professionalism and poor customer service.

Waited in the drive through for 25 minutes just to get a soupy snowball that wasn’t stuffed and paid 13.50 for my boyfriend and I and it was horrible. More condensed milk than ice cream or actually nectar cream flavoring. Worst Brookes snow ball I’ve even had ruin my experience with y’all forever! Not even 15 minutes after leaving no way my jumbo should be this watery

Can’t judge the “atmosphere” bc the doors ARE ALWAYS LOCKED! It’s an inconvenience for the customers BUT IM SURE ITS CONVENIENT FOR THE EMPLOYEES 🙄 it would be nice if they moved faster since they only have the drive thru available. The doors are closed and the drive thru line ARE ALWAYS LONG which tells me the entire staff can’t multi-task and it’s easier for them to JUST handle the window 🙄🥴🫤 the snowballs aren’t that good at least down the street they have a line only bc there’s a drive thru available and they get the line out the way….these guys DONT and also the ONLY good employee is the guy that works there

My first visit to Brooke's a few weeks ago was very good...ordered ice cream desserts...chantilly.....was out of th8s world. I could not wait to bring my elderly mom for this delicious treat. Well I just stopped and ordered our Chantilly treats. Highly disappointed....after I paid I was then told they were out of blueberries and blackberries and just had strawberries....which would have been ok....but these were not even close to what I had a few weeks ago....shirt on fruit....the strawberries were not cut up enough...and hardly zero Graham crackers........today was a big zero.

I really wanted a roast beef poboy, but I have never had one from Brookes. I've been disappointed in other restaurants lately; they seem to have severely cut back on their roast beef while raising their prices. That said, I was extremely impressed with the one I just finished. Literally loaded with beef, and oh, it was glorious! It wasn't as sloppy as some are, but it was so flavorful, that it didn't need to be. It was like an explosion of flavor on my tongue. The pickles are chopped, not whole slices, which makes it better. You don't have that slice of pickle come out onto your chin, leaving none on the poboy! Why has no one come up with this idea before? I ate a whole one by myself, and it was big. Is it obvious that I loved it? I was greeted warmly when I arrived, and the owner and employee were very friendly. I will definitely be returning to try other foods, but seriously, get yourself a roast beef poboy here!

its good. nachos are great, icecream is good. beneighs are good. eat here if you want dude

Food is great here..staff are very nice..great prices for the amount of food you get...

My only problem is the wait...expect to be in line for a while.. Then be told to go park for an additional wait..lol
Gave service 2 stars..

In conclusion...I'll be back...food is great and it's a small local business that I want to support
They supply great products at a reasonable price..

Great ice cream and snoballs.

I asked for 3 bags of chips & for cheese to be added , the lady charged me for 6 ! I tried to tell her they charged me for more … she said that’s how she DOES it , but if I asked for 3 chips & cheese why put it in a container ? it makes no sense other snowball stands do not do that ..
