Let me first say, I didn't know this restaurant. Me and my husband ate lunch there today. Best food we have had in years....
I say this literally a Hidden Gem for the City of Thibodaux. Usually we don't get alot of good quality Authentic Mexican food with an ambient setting, generosity, and one that's family-owned. This why we need to support Diverse and Local Businesses within our communities. Because to often we support these large-chain restaurants that got no soul, no respect and value, nor slow-pace to them. The menu offers a variety of options, such as chips and salsa, tacos, and rice and beans. The salsa is a must-try, as it is delicious and unique. The tacos al carbon, in particular, are highly recommended, as the steak is seasoned and cooked perfectly.
Fiesta Grill also offers a range of breakfast options, including enormous beignets, pancakes, huevos rancheros, and baleadas especial. The baleadas especial is a large, fresh tortilla stuffed with eggs, steak, avocado, beans, and more. Customers can add a carnitas taco on the side, and should not forget to try the hot green sauce.
