I absolutely love their teas! This is the second time this has happened though. I ordered my tea online at 7:09…when I arrived at 7:35, it wasn’t ready. The guy didn’t start on it until after he finished the four orders waiting inside. It still was not ready at 7:50. Almost late for work. Very poor customer service.
