La Noria Mexican Restaurant serves excellent and fresh Mexican food. The salsa is absolutely the best one around and is served with chips. The burritos are good and big, cooked to perfection not burnt or over cooked. The chicken flautas are delicious, and the gorditas are stuffed full of delicious meat, excellent. The food is really good and authentic, not some watered down flavorless food. Guests may want to try the Pina Fresca. Expect to wait 30-50 minutes for entrees, but it is worth the wait. The staff is super friendly and professional, and the restaurant itself is clean. The waitress answers questions regarding specials and elaborates on menu items. It would be nice if they offered options for their salsa. Visitors plan to revisit, especially before the special for brerria tacos ends.
