Ordered special ice tea of- berry tea, lemonade, peach syrup. It had absolutely no peach or lemonade whatsoever. It was just a watered down berry tea. And the cup was filled with ice so I got about 6 oz of tea. I was flabbergasted what i paid for. A total rip off. Carrot cake- I am a carrot cake lover and was so excited to see it displayed. it looked absolutely fantastic in the case. BUT it was absolutely tasteless. I could see carrots, nuts, and it was definitely moist. No taste of spices used in carrot cake. The cream cheese frosting was gallingly sweet I had to scrape it off (and I'm a cream cheese frosting lover). I couldn't believe it was tasteless. So shocked that an iced tea and slice of cake were so bad coming from a bakery.

We love the Willow Cafe! There aren't many cute spots in Thibodaux, but this is definitely one. Prime coffee shop/cafe vibes when you walk in. They have an average coffee menu, but the drinks are very good. The food is delicious. The sandwiches are very good. The bread? To die for. I absolutely love the panini-pressed bread. The desserts are what people come for, though. The cookies and cupcakes are so good. The employees are very friendly. They never get my orders wrong; however, this place is never very speedy. Not a great place to stop if you're in a rush or want something healthy (they do have salads). The food is very, very good.

Their service was fast at lunch time about 12:45. Our server, Nora, explained anything we had questions on. The oysters almondine. appetizer was great. The phyllo wrapped stuffed shrimp was great. So, we enjoyed our lunch and hope to return soon.

I went in and came out with nothing. I wasn't greeted, asked about products what little available and wasn't answered I figured I wasn't wanted there so I turned and left. I just wanted to sit in since it's a cafe have a coffee and some beignets or something you know the cafe de monde experience but nah I'm not going back

I had to go back and change my review. As of today I went in this establishment and the service was just 360 of what I had originally experienced. The down to earth environment was just off. When our food was finished the woman who gave us our food called the name all rudely. My partner said thank you just shaking off the bad energy but she didn't even acknowledge the thank you either. Usually everyone's sweet and helpful. I'm very dissatisfied with todays visit. Even my sandwich melt tastes made without love due to whatever is going on in that place.

I came into town to visit my daughter who just moved here for a job. This place was recommended to me by someone I know that used to live in Thibodaux. I called in an order and picked up to bring my daughter. She got the chicken wrap with tomato soup. I got the weekly special. It was all so amazing! My daughter is really particular about her tomato soup. This one was as she described perfect!

Repeat visitor. Go to when I have out of town visitors for lunch and coffee/snack breaks! Never had a bad meal or drink. Love the soups and sandwiches, cupcakes are amazing!

Really cool little sandwich shop in downtown Thibodaux. Had the bacon ranch melt I believe it was called. Was super tasty and the atmosphere was really cool. Would definitely recommend it for sure.

The food was nice. The pastries were delicious. The ambience is quaint. The two women who worked there were kind and hospitable.

I had a wonderful lavender vanilla latte and the Willow sandwich was out of this world. I would absolutely come again!

My first time there. I had the Tomato Pesto Chicken. There was so little product on my sandwich it had no taste at all, totally tasteless.
