This entire place is a Complete joke... Trust no one here...if u live here beware of everything you own being stolen or just taken. Worse place I have ever lived. Never again. Jim Major sux and is a greedy assh&#!€.. He didn't even have the guts to serve eviction notice just turns off the power without notice and 2 children , 2 disabled women in the home...he is a sad individual Absolutely nowhere to live peacefully.... 00000 stars

Went for what I thought was a tent camping. Nothing but fire ants. No fire ring. No picnic table. On the positive side the people were very nice.
