Very clean location, friendly staff, lots of items in the cabinets to pick from and a nice menu. We ordered the Cajun Fries, Cajun Hangover Po-Boy and a slice of bread pudding. Everything came out quick and hot. I liked the Cajun fries but they come completely covered in sauce, which kind of drowns out the flavor of the boudin. The Po-Boy was equally sauced and messy to eat, but pretty good. I got a better sense of the boudin flavor, nice rice/meat ratio, good flavor, mild spice. I bought jalapeño boudin to try out of the freezers. Last, but certainly not least was the bread pudding. It SMELLS amazing, served warm with sauce drizzled over the top with pecans, its everything you could want. Warm cinnamon crunchy pecans, perfection. Try this place, its worth a shot!

A 1st stop coming into Louisiana! The smoked boudin is the best around! Highly recommend! Very clean and friendly staff! Also a large assortment of different boudin, sausage and meats all frozen and ready to go! Also warm boudin ready as well!

BEST BOUDIN I HAVE EVER HAD!! Simple, smoked link loaded with layers of flavor and a hint of heat. My wife loved, loved, loved her ripper po-boy. This place is a lil off the beaten path, but the food is award winning, prices are fantastic, service is attentive, helpful, and cheerful. Definitely will be back the next time we drive by Vinton, LA
