BEST BOUDIN I HAVE EVER HAD!!
Simple, smoked link loaded with layers of flavor and a hint of heat.
My wife loved, loved, loved her ripper po-boy.
This place is a lil off the beaten path, but the food is award winning, prices are fantastic, service is attentive, helpful, and cheerful.
Definitely will be back the next time we drive by Vinton, LA
