Very clean location, friendly staff, lots of items in the cabinets to pick from and a nice menu. We ordered the Cajun Fries, Cajun Hangover Po-Boy and a slice of bread pudding. Everything came out quick and hot. I liked the Cajun fries but they come completely covered in sauce, which kind of drowns out the flavor of the boudin. The Po-Boy was equally sauced and messy to eat, but pretty good. I got a better sense of the boudin flavor, nice rice/meat ratio, good flavor, mild spice....
A 1st stop coming into Louisiana! The smoked boudin is the best around! Highly recommend! Very clean and friendly staff! Also a large assortment of different boudin, sausage and meats all frozen and ready to go! Also warm boudin ready as well!
We were passing through looking for a place to grab lunch. I love boudin and my husband pays close attention to reviews and recommendations. This place has 100% recommendation and after trying it, rightfully so! Everything was fresh & delicious. Anytime we pass through, this will definitely be a must stop!
