Wow, I got the 3 egg plate with hash browns and bacon, ordered a side of bacon and hash browns. I told the waitress I wanted the egg whites cooked done, yolks runny, no egg snot. I like to mix my eggs, and hash browns together. Well as I was mixing them I find egg snot in them. This I can not eat, I set it as far on the counter as I can. Hoping she would walk by and ask about it! Nope, not one time, I ate the bacon, and toast. I asked for the check, I kept looking at the plate...
The staff was nice and friendly. The food was fair. They do have a 'seafood buffet' on Friday but the only seafood was boiled shrimp. Definitely not worth $26.95. Hamburger steak was ok. The mashed potatoes were so good. Their 'salad' was shredded lettuce and 2 thin slices of tomatoes. Might try again for breakfast.
We went for lunch today. We both ordered the seafood gumbo. It was one of the best we’ve ever eaten! Beautiful roux and loaded with shrimp and crabmeat. So delicious and very friendly staff!
