“Stopped here last week to get a snowball for myself and 2 buddies, on my way to their house. One was 3 flavors; cherry, cream cheese and chocolate, like a chocolate cherry cheesecake, and it was amazing. The others were mundane flavors, but still very good. My only complaint is the service and it wasn’t even that bad other than she didn’t offer a drink carrier until I got syrup all over me and I had to specify that I needed one, but that’s still nothing. I’m huge on manners and the treatment of customers. She wasn’t very friendly, she never apologized for being as slow as she was and she never thanked me for my business. And I was very nice to her, even though. That’s a huge pet peeve that I can’t get over. If I owned a business, I can promise not a single customer of mine would ever be able to say I was rude to them for no reason or made them feel some type of way. And, like I said, she wasn’t rude, just not polite and friendly. Great snowballs, though!!“
