Never in my life has my family been so disrespected by someone over the phone. We called in an order because we were having trouble with the online app, not queuing our order, and the man who answered the phone was incredibly disrespectful to my mother. He was snappy, impatient, and just rude. We’ve eaten here many times, but never I’ve had this issue. Furthermore, we ordered a fiesta quesadilla with no bell pepper Because my father is allergic to bell pepper. What we got was this. No cheese and nothing but onions and bell pepper. It was completely ridiculous. I don’t know if the store was having a bad day, but I wouldn’t recommend going back if they’re gonna treat you like that.

It was a great first experience.
A huge menu to choose from.
Highlight was a robot on wheels that brings chips and salsa to your table while playing mariachi music.
Fantastic service with multiple table touches perfectly timed.

Loved the gourmet Gaucamole bowl. My only regret was I put my to go box of food down on the table to put on my jacket. Was then distracted by the robot and left having forgotten about my to go box of food, which was my seafood fajitas, which I was unable to finish due to the size of the bowl of Gaucamole

I’m glad I gave Avocados another chance. This time it was perfect. The food was good, the margarita was perfect and the service was top tier!!!! Don’t look back Avocado, keep looking forward and I will be back

Excellent food, very courteous staff and great atmosphere. The food was really good especially the spicy green sauce.

We ordered taco salad, veggie quesadillas and cheese enchiladas. The veggie quesadillas were great. Portions are not too big just right amount. The staff was very courteous and willing to help.

Very expensive for average Mexican styled food. Adding veggies is $7. Large queso is $12…. Sadly won’t be returning due to outstanding prices compared to elsewhere…. El sombrero for a family of four $55 max that’s with two toddlers….avocados $79??? Where?!

3.1 for dinner tonight, disappointed in the taste of the ground beef.
Seated right away, restaurant was not busy it was well decorated but could use a thorough clean, especially the floors. Service was pretty good.
Chips were not very fresh, salsa good flavor as well as the Chorizo cheese dip (has a good kick to it).
Enchiladas supreme were ok, seemed a little cold and the beef had an odd flavor, tasted more like a beef pate or potted meat. Rice and beans were decent along with the guacamole and sour creme salad.
Will be back, but not anytime soon.

Great food. Service on point most of the time. Had a new employee who seemed overwhelmed, and the manager took over waiting on our section. The food was excellent as always.

The food and service was great here! Not the best Mexican food around but really close to it...the atmosphere was good as well. Restaurant is clean...Great lunch spot on a Sunday after church due to them handling there customer load very well...they don't seem very busy but there were a decent amount of ppl in there once we went in...the only complaint I have is that there floors are crazy slippery...I almost fell several times trying to get to the bathroom....they need to use some degreaser or something in there mop water to help it some...
