I found Bayou Bistro by entering "shrimp and grits" into the search map feature in the Google maps app on my Blackberry. I wasn't sure of what to expect when walking into Bayou Bistro and asking for the shrimp and grits dish. They say, "some of life best experiences are unplanned!" This I agree with wholeheartedly when it comes to the experience I had at Bayou Bistro.
