“My daughter and I go to Crumbl when we go to Dallas or a city that has Crumbl. We are so excited we have one here. The cookies taste great! Two downsides: #1 when you order for pick up, you check in on arrival (only at time of order - can’t arrive early) #2 Your paid order could be sold out when you pick up even though cookies were available when you ordered. Crumbl needs to figure this out! My recommendation: #1 prepare web orders as they come in, so the cookies ordered will be available. #2 if customer arrives early, go ahead and allow them to check in and process the order.Update: went to p/u cookie order and all cookies were sold out. Cookies were ready and just needed to be topped. Customers were waiting for workers to prepare them with the toppings. The workers were talking and playing (frost a cookie, talk for several minutes, play, frost cookie, talk, play). Every customer that walked in was mad and frustrated. Really not a good look for a new business to the area. Please get it together Crumbl!“
“I adore this place and would visit every morning if I could. They are way to slow with their service. Everything is delicious there, just wish theyd pick up the pace with getting orders ready. Because of how long it takes to receive an order it prevents me from visiting more frequently. A grab and go would be largely useful.“
“The donuts were pretty good and the staff was all very nice! The chocolate donuts were our favorites, and the blueberry cake donuts were delicious as well! I was a little disappointed that they didn’t have old fashioned cake donuts though.“
“I have to give it a 5 star rating. The place is clean, and staff is very friendly. They have bread for$1.60 a loaf, and a few for $1.35. They have all kinds of goodies. My mouth started watering as soon as I walked in the door. Whatever you do, don’t go there when you’re hungry. You won’t leave with just one thing.“

Best I've ever had.Pineapple Upside down cake was for my boyfriend, who has been raving about it every time he has a piece.Cheese straws were amazing. They had just the right hint of spice.The cookies... The Strawberry Pop Tart cookie was quite possibly the best cookie of any type I've had in a long time. I wish I'd gotten more than one!! The peanut butter cookie was to die for.I cannot wait to return to try more! ???? HIGHLY recommend.“
