Buffalo Wild Wings

This is literally the worst restaurant I have ever visited and I will never be back or give them business again. I planed an order online to be ready at 5:30 and paid for it when I place it. 45 minutes later and I still don’t have the mood. Servers, staff, and even manager are all rude and unhelpful and do not seem concerned.

As soon as my fiancé and I walked in, there was a strong smell of weed, which was very off-putting. The food was mediocre at best and definitely overpriced for the quality. The service was extremely slow—we waited a long time just to be served, and it took hours for the food to come out. I also deliver for DoorDash, and orders from this location are never ready, no matter how long I wait before arriving. Overall, the experience was frustrating and disappointing.

Sat down with my family at 3:30 on a Tuesday. Hardly anyone in the restaurant. Maybe 6 tables total. Sat for 10 minutes without anyone even taking the drink order. Finally got up and left.

Any place that doesn’t respect your time doesn’t deserve your time.

The only thing you will get here is crappie food, an incorrect order, and a bad attitude. These people act like you are an inconvenience for even walking in the door. You will be better off eating literally anywhere else in town.

We sat outside on the patio. It was nasty! It was almost impossible to find a seat that didn't have bird poop in it and the floor was so nasty that I wouldn't even let my dog get down!

Dirty bathroom!! Absolutely filthy. Service was okay. Food was just okay. It was just everything looked dirty and unclean

No one greeted me so I looked around to see if they had the Army/Navy football game on which they did not. They were showing nfl football games that played 6 days earlier. Napkins on the floor and the wasn’t many patrons there. So i left to go to a sportsbar

The last 3 orders I placed have been awful! Missing half of the orders every time, (no sides, drinks or ranch) they lost my tickets 2 out of 3 times, the boneless wings have been over cooked (hard) and nothing but breading. I called and asked for the manager but they would not get on the phone. The last two times I spoke with some lady and she told me she would write my name down in their book and re-cook our food. I did not come for free food. I paid for my food again hoping for better but highly disappointed. They had their very unprofessional staff act like management! They were very rude. She told me I would be getting a call back within 15 minutes and never received anything. She told me she was calling the regional manager to see how to handle this nobody ever contacted me back. After spending over $300 on the last three orders, I will not be back. I’m sure the last managers and regional managers would not allow this establishment to be ran this way.

Very Slow. Customer Service was horrible. Sat for 15 mins with no server.

Food was great like always. Going to give it 2 stars because the bathroom was awful no other way to put it just plain nasty. Looked like it hadn’t been clean for months and no soap and no paper towel. Also one stall at no toilet paper.

You almost always forget my fries on my delivery order!! It’s in the dang ticket!! Check your tickets!! Get better management!!

Ordered 1 20 pc at 7:40, wasn’t ready until a little past 9 pm 🥲🥲

Wanted one of their burgers but we walked in and it was 60 degrees in there so we walked back out and went to chilis where we didn’t freeze to death, third time we had to leave because it’s too damn cold in there.
