Buffalo Wild Wings

We attempted to eat at BWW at about 7:30pm. Wasn't very busy and I thought we would eat fast and go. Wrong. After approx. 15 minutes of sitting there, nobody took our drink order or checked on us. Waitress walked all around us but we were ignored. We eventually got up and left. We went to a nearby restaurant where the service was good and they actually care about their customers.

We went to Buffalo Wild Wings for my 51st birthday. Arrived at 6:30 pm, orders weren't taken until 7:30. Food didn't come out until 9:30. We asked for management on 5 different occasions and he never showed up to address the fact that they were shorthanded and understaffed. He kept sending the waitresses to address the situation and then he sent them back out with the discount card. This manager needs to be retrained on managerial concepts. This was the worst experience I have ever had. I will not be coming back and I will deter anyone who brings up the name to not waste their time. Thanks for our waitresses Jaya and Macy. They did a bang up job considering the circumstances. He was in the back cooling instead of running the business. All good was hard and disgusting and cold.

I used to be a big fan of BWWs. But not anymore. Slow service. Small wings. Not enough staff. No more for me.

Service was poor. As soon as I walked in Jade the Bartender was not very welcoming actually ended up changing from bar to booth hoping to get another server. then my Brothers showed up and she was cousins with one of them. Didn't want to take his ID over phone and wanted to have an attitude. All around was a joke. Do not recommend! This one

The wings were garbage. They were hard as boulders. Never coming back.

Place is dirty ..service is good...food has gone down hill paid 14$ for 3 tiny pieces of naked tenders and a side salad

I’ve been a customer here for years and never had an issue, I ordered delivery and when my food arrived I took a bite and saw that my chicken was raw. After 10 minutes of calling and letting the phone ring to voicemail somebody finally picked up. I told them the issue and they said they were going to get a manager. Someone else picked up the phone and responded like I had just called so I informed them that I was waiting on a manager due to the issue. A different man picks up and says the same script line so I just explain myself again. I was able to get a refund thankfully but this was just ridiculous.

Food was ok, service was slow and the atmosphere was just too loud even to speak to someone next to you. I understand it's a sports bar but when the place is almost empty and the sound is blasting, its just too much to enjoy yourself.

Took our kids out eat wings. The waitress was rude, horrible service and we paid over $60 for just our 2 kids to eat.
