We went to Buffalo Wild Wings for my 51st birthday. Arrived at 6:30 pm, orders weren't taken until 7:30. Food didn't come out until 9:30. We asked for management on 5 different occasions and he never showed up to address the fact that they were shorthanded and understaffed. He kept sending the waitresses to address the situation and then he sent them back out with the discount card. This manager needs to be retrained on managerial concepts. This was the worst experience...
Food was ok, service was slow and the atmosphere was just too loud even to speak to someone next to you. I understand it's a sports bar but when the place is almost empty and the sound is blasting, its just too much to enjoy yourself.
My family and I came here over the weekend and had an outstanding experience. Our server Brittany was hands down one of the best servers we have ever had. I can not say enough about her amazing service!
