I ordered the SpongeBob Kids Meal right before closing time. I was rushed out of the lobby and told I could not stay because they were closing, even though I placed my order before 10 PM.
When I got home, 30 minutes away, I discovered that the nuggets were completely missing from my child’s meal. The box only contained fries and the toy.
My child was extremely disappointed, as this was supposed to be a special SpongeBob meal, and we were already home by the time we realized the food was missing. Because of the distance and the way we were rushed out, returning to the store was not an option.
I paid for a full kids meal and did not receive the main food item. I am requesting a refund or replacement, as this experience was very frustrating and disappointing.

This place is so clean, they wear gloves when handling your food, food is always hot and ready. AMAZING customer service. Best Burger King in the Monroe & West Monroe area! If you want a good burger served with professionalism, go to this burger King. I'm not saying they're perfect but if something goes wrong they will fix it with a good attitude.
Thank you to the staff and managers for always keeping this place nice and clean. Ive been going there for years and they've earned and deserve this review.

Service is always subpar. Food is okay most of the time, really it depends on how hungry you are. They microwave your food before giving it to you to make sure it’s super hot and I’m not a fan of this.

The worst place for service. All they care about is their timer even though nothing is ever ready.
The 1st time I went to this location they said they where out of whopper paddies , now this time sitting waiting in car just to order and the lady that takes the order tells us she is not ready to take our order while having 5,6 cars behind us waiting to order.we just decided to go to Wendy's this location needs tons of help oe shut down ! ?

I don't know what's happened to Burger King in the past couple of years. They used to be much better than McDonald's but now they are no better than McDonald's. Very disappointing. Whataburger is the best place.
