Chick-fil-A in West Monroe

“Crew member Grayson (I believe that’s his name) walked out to my vehicle to offer me a bottle of water ( am not a customer today but I had a flat so I stopped in the parking lot to fix it.) He was outstanding and kind/sympathetic and when I tried to come inside to get a small coke and water he still offered to help my I declined and purchased the drinks but wanted to come here and shout out this amazing young man and his spectacular service with a smile“

“We didn't know this Chick-fil-A was a walk-up, drive-through only until after we arrived. It does have bathrooms and a small outside dining area,—both of which we took advantage of. We chose to use the walk-up window to order, since we didn't want to eat in the car. Service was friendly and quick and the food was the standard better-than-average Chick-fil-A fare.“
