“Wow this is just the usual canes I found the strips very greasy. Parking was hard to find and I assume this was because it was lunch hour. I did receive my food quickly and service was with a smile.

“Crew member Grayson (I believe that’s his name) walked out to my vehicle to offer me a bottle of water ( am not a customer today but I had a flat so I stopped in the parking lot to fix it.) He was outstanding and kind/sympathetic and when I tried to come inside to get a small coke and water he still offered to help my I declined and purchased the drinks but wanted to come here and shout out this amazing young man and his spectacular service with a smile“

“I eat here almost weekly and this is no doubt my favorite place but recently when I’ve done drive through the food has been below average. Fries were soggy and not fresh. My wings had hardly any seasoning on them and tasted old. They usually forget to put the sauces that I ask for in the bag. I’ve been eating here for over 3 years and I have seen major decline in the past 6 months. When I ordered inside the restaurant, food quality is much better. The pick up is where I have my complaints.“

“This was my first time eating at Bojangles. The signs are everywhere around Monroe so you can't miss it! At work today, my coworkers and I were talking about it and so my fiance and I ate here this evening. He was drawn for the bo-berry biscuits. I want to try the sausage gravy next time we come. We were the only ones in the dining room besides a random homeless woman, who was told to leave during the time we were there...

Service was good! New employees still learning the POS system. They dropped fresh fries in the fryer for us. We also got an unexpected surprise of complimentary mashed potatoes and gravy. The cashier brought our order to the table. The tables were all clean. I tried their sweet tea and it tasted fresh and cold. Your option for combo sides are either fries or one of their "fixin's". I appreciate that there was no upcharge for a "premium" side

Overall, I'd eat here again. It was reasonably priced. Good job! Let's hope the citizens of Monroe can keep it clean. ?

“Central Station on Forsythe has, without a doubt, the BEST customer service of any convenience store in Monroe.By reading the first few reviews it’s obvious some customers did not enjoy their experience. HOWEVER, those reviews were written over 2 years ago and there is a new crew who takes pride in their work. Every convenience store/gas station will have issues; these guys are doing their best to solve them“

“Stopped by in the middle of a lunch rush because I've been traveling back and forth from the hospital to care for my terminally ill father to my house to care for my terminally ill child. Life has trued to beat me down lately, but Cane's in Monroe was a happy spot today. To see everyone smiling, hustling food out, being kind and working hard. It blessed me and I will always stop here whenever I can!“

“The food was good. This location is one of the BEST CFA locations in Georgia ( I have traveled all over this state) . However, I could tell that part of my waffle fries were freshly cooked and some were cooked earlier. They were busy, but attentive. However, the usual smiling faces were more focused on the "hustle" rather than on creating a welcoming atmosphere. The usual positive "buzz" was missing, but I am sure that it will be there on my next visit. ??“
