“The landscaping is absolutely beautiful so we sat outside.
The patio area was clean and comfortable. The ceiling fans kept us cool. Employees nice and knowledgeable. Chicken salad was very good. Service was quick. Definitely recommend“

“The gold standard for fast food in Ruston. Only reason service not 5 stars, is that the drive thru lines can be very long and management should provide a solution, even if that means dipping into their personal earnings a little bit. Management knows what I mean. The sevice is phenomenal, the food is hot, orders are never wrong, the environment is immaculately clean, workers are happy and busy. Its the best drive thru I've ever been to in Ruston.“

“Every single time I come to Chick-fil-A they treat you with the customer service that is long forgotten. other businesses should take note of how they interact with customers. Not to mention they focus on their chicken and it is absolutely great.“

“On this night, this location was super busy. The drive thru line was enormous, and the dining room was nearly full. The young woman at ths counter was patient, very polite, with a nice demeanor. The dining room wasn't dirty, but wasn't pristine. The chicken was hot and fresh, but the fries were not, which was surprising given the churn.
We enjoyed our dinner.“
