“The gold standard for fast food in Ruston. Only reason service not 5 stars, is that the drive thru lines can be very long and management should provide a solution, even if that means dipping into their personal earnings a little bit. Management knows what I mean. The sevice is phenomenal, the food is hot, orders are never wrong, the environment is immaculately clean, workers are happy and busy. Its the best drive thru I've ever been to in Ruston.“

“The Ruston Arby's has been delicious every time that we've been. My absolute favorite is the gyro. It is something that you can't get everywhere, so it is hard for me to choose anything else. They're fries are also hot and fresh. We don't make it out of the drice thru before we are storing our faces. They are always so friendly, as well. AND THEY HAVE A PUP CUP! Last night my lab was over the moon. The young lady at the drive-thru was a sweetie. I wish I'd gotten her name to give her a special shout out. I hope they never leave because it is my go-to. And to be honest, until they built this one, I'd only been to an Arby's maybe 5 times in my life. Son loves the bed and cheddars. My husband got the French dip with double meat and couldn't eat it all.“

“Tasty sandwich in a gas station environment (but it's clean). Prices have gone up a lot, otherwise no complaints. (Always take ours to go b/c tiny dining area.) Way better than the tech drive location. Service varies but is fair to very good. Food is always fresh. Been going here for many years. Try the chicken Teriyaki or the new beast sandwich..
Vegetarian options: You can fully customize your sandwich to be vegetarian (or if you're vegan probably just a salad).
Parking: Gas station w/ oddly shaped small parking lot on the corner of the I-20 feeder road. High traffic area makes getting in & out a challenge too.“

“Came in right at rush hour and saw a bunch of cars--i was worried it was going to take forever. Tati served us and flew down that line, JaBrell got us checked out. It felt like literally 2 minutes. Everyone on shift looked locked in and they were all friendly. Food is hot and fresh.“

“On this night, this location was super busy. The drive thru line was enormous, and the dining room was nearly full. The young woman at ths counter was patient, very polite, with a nice demeanor. The dining room wasn't dirty, but wasn't pristine. The chicken was hot and fresh, but the fries were not, which was surprising given the churn.
We enjoyed our dinner.“
