“Everything is good until you order naked tenders and you have to wait 20 minutes and they still get the order wrong so you have to wait a additional 20 minutes overall great food
Dietary restrictions: They have naked tenders for gluten intolerant people like myself“

“They got my order wrong even though I did it in the app so they were just simply not paying attention apparently. I was already home when I realized my food was wrong and did not feel like going back so I just ate it. Next time I am not leaving until I check the bag.“

“The best ice cream I’ve had by far! The last 2 times I’ve been have been horrible experiences. One time there was a frozen moth in my ice cream cup, the second time I ordered a small twister and received a small cup with two bites of ice cream in it. The staff is rude. I’ve never had a bad experience until this summer. Will definitely be visiting the West Monroe location from now on.“
“Best place to get some chicken and fish in town! Love the staff they are always so friendly and welcome everyone like family. Their food is the best. Always hot, fresh, and never had an order wrong. They are the real deal! Love baileys!“

“The food was good. This location is one of the BEST CFA locations in Georgia ( I have traveled all over this state) . However, I could tell that part of my waffle fries were freshly cooked and some were cooked earlier. They were busy, but attentive. However, the usual smiling faces were more focused on the "hustle" rather than on creating a welcoming atmosphere. The usual positive "buzz" was missing, but I am sure that it will be there on my next visit. ??“

“Taco Bell is our favorite but we need to hunt out the locations that give out fair portions and plenty of sauce. Many do not and we black list those locations. Unfortunately one on our blacklist is our hometown location in Columbia Mississippi. Terrible. Most others are much better.“

“Usually this place is great. I go everyday multiple times a day (mainly for ice). My kids just went there for our usual nightly drink run and when they got back, I opened my cup to get ice & there were bugs all in it! this prompted my children (3 of them) to open their cups as well and they had bugs too. looks like gnats, nonetheless, it's disgusting.“

“I stopped by Taco Bandido a few weeks ago for a late lunch. I had my cell phone and was going to pay with Apple Pay. I wasn’t sure how to use it since this was the first time to try it. Simone and Shay were working and offered to help me. We couldn’t make it work so I told the ladies I would just run home and get cash. They wouldn’t have any part of this plan and asked what I had planned to order. When I told them I wanted a burrito, they waved their hand, made the burrito and handed it to me at no charge. Thank you, Simone and Shay! You ladies made my day. I’ve been back a few times since that day, with cash, and would highly recommend Taco Bandido.“

“I stop by this gas station/cafe when traveling through Monroe. I’ve had their chicken salad (it’s great) However, I’ve never purchased their Gumbo or Étouffée! Bought some to take to my parents in MS! Sooooo glad I did! #CrazyGood“

“YIZONNA EDWARDS WAS ONE OF THE BEST CAR HOPS I HAVE EVER HAD. SHE WAS SO FRIENDLY AND HAD AN UPBEAT ATTITUDE. I WISH THERE WERE MORE YOUNG WORKERS LIKE HER. I HAD A BAD DAY BUT AFTER INTERACTING WITH HER I LEFT THERE SMILING AND LAUGHING. GREAT EMPLOYEE!“

“This was my first time eating at Bojangles. The signs are everywhere around Monroe so you can't miss it! At work today, my coworkers and I were talking about it and so my fiance and I ate here this evening. He was drawn for the bo-berry biscuits. I want to try the sausage gravy next time we come. We were the only ones in the dining room besides a random homeless woman, who was told to leave during the time we were there...
Service was good! New employees still learning the POS system. They dropped fresh fries in the fryer for us. We also got an unexpected surprise of complimentary mashed potatoes and gravy. The cashier brought our order to the table. The tables were all clean. I tried their sweet tea and it tasted fresh and cold. Your option for combo sides are either fries or one of their "fixin's". I appreciate that there was no upcharge for a "premium" side
Overall, I'd eat here again. It was reasonably priced. Good job! Let's hope the citizens of Monroe can keep it clean. ?
Parking: Loads of parking and a drive-thru!“

“Busy today! This store is fairly easy to get into if you plan ahead. Ser ice is usually quick. A big to go order of several sandwiches slowed things down today. Food was food, service was good. Getting out of that parking lot.....a nightmare!“

“We arrived late almost closing time. That didn't stop the employees from being friendly and patient. Even though my home is a few minutes away from this Subway. It was my first time stopping by there. I usually travel across town to the other subways. Being that this Subway sets back from the street. Between two other buildings which are closed while Subway stays open much later. The surrounding area isn't bright enough in my opinion. When I am alone I feel uncomfortable going there for safety reasons.“

“Before you think you comment on your bad experience please read this. Every 15 minutes you waited for your food there are several others who have too. Did you ever stop to consider what needs to be made? Dairy Queen has about four ways to order: drive through, front counter, doordash, and mobile order but your order can only be given at the front counter and drive through. The drive through has a clock that times employees on how long a car is waiting so after a certain amount of time you’re in the red, no exceptions on any holds or waits. Also consider the fact that some foods have to be cooked fresh so your wait time will be longer. With this information let’s do some math! Person A1 orders a burger and fries at the drive through and there are four cars behind them, person B1 orders a blizzard with a steak finger meal with onion rings and there are 3 customers and a doordasher behind them, there are 4 employees with one in the drive thru one making blizzards and ones in the kitchen and front counter. Drive through takes priority in most restaurants because of the timer so drive throughs food is usually sent out first. Person B1 is mad because they saw that customer A1 is getting their food first, but customer B1 order steak fingers and onion rings which must be made fresh everytime. While customer B1 is waiting B2 orders. So customer B1’s blizzard comes up before the food does, which appeases the customer for a short time until they get their piping hot straight out of the grease order. But now all B1 is thinking about is the wait time. So now let’s go to B2 who has ordered a chicken strip basket and fries with a milkshake, they are mad because there’s a wait on their food. So here’s why! The cook has to make more fries because of the customer volume, the ice cream maker has to make the orders prior to customer B2’s as well as keeping track of stock and cleaning their station. While there’s a wait on fries it’s very likely that NO ORDERS will go out until the fries are done, and when that happens the employees tell you WHAT YOURE WAITING ON! They do this as to not keep you in the dark and to let you know your food will be fresh. So let’s go to our doordasher, sincerely the most irritating person in this situation. The doordasher is a worker, an employee just like the cook and his coworkers. The only difference is that the doordasher is paid per order, but what they don’t know is that doordasher get their food in the order they waited in line, so if two customers come before them they will be the third. The doordasher feels angry over this stating that the food should be pre made before getting there, but the employee lets them know that doordash orders, AS MOST COMPANIES DO, are not made until the said dasher is in the establishment. If this were not the case we would have orders sitting up for hours with food wasted that could have gone to customers who ordered in house. This is an example of a customers entitlement, every single issue you face at a restaurant there’s an explanation and an employee who has to deal with the repercussions. You are inconvenienced because you have to wait a little longer for your large fry and blizzard while an employee has to struggle to make every order in the restaurant. Sometimes think, if there’s only TWO EMPLOYEES WHO WHY ARE YOU MAD AT THE EMPLOYEES?! You’re mad at a college student and a 20 something year old, but I’ll tell you right you don’t even understand what they’re going through in that kitchen struggling to feed all of you. So in that situation you have to have compassion for your fellow man and understand WHY the lobby must be closed. If there’s a line to the street in the drive through how does going inside help? The first person to do it MIGHT get their food faster, but after that there will be another line as long as a mountain is tall. And you’ll have the audacity to grope about how a restaurant as busy as Dairy Queen is out of a few toppings, or a blender is broken, or the employees have a tone with you when you likely did first. The internet brings a lot of positive“
