They run a tight ship and deserve praise for their ability to engage with customers and make sure you don’t have to need or want for anything. I’m unsure of their names but the managers at this location are what keep me coming back. “Lemon Pepper Chicken Time, Lemon Pepper Chicken Time ohhhh yeah Zaxby's you did that! I must say I was impressed. I like the fact that the pieces weren't overall big steroid size pieces. They were just the right size. They chicken was was cooked and seasoned to perfection, I was outdone. I bought the 10 piece lemon paper chicken, side of fries and sweet tea. It wasn't expensive and worth the cost. If they are cooking them like this everyday that other chicken place(I won't name names!) has some competition. If you want some fresh seasoned chicken, not over cooked and dry I recommend you give Zaxby's a try. Truly finger licking good😋.“

Honestly, consistently some of the best service and food quality. Let’s face it, we live in Monroe, LA, which is home to some of the worst food service in the entire country. The fact that I’ve been going here for years, I’ve never had a bad counter experience. I’ve always been treated like a human, and my food has always been good, like, not just for the money, but as food.

The pizza is hot, the crust isn’t a sad cracker, and the cheese actually tastes like cheese. The employees don’t act like you’re interrupting their break. They greet you, they get your order right, and they don’t make you feel like a burden for wanting dinner. In a town where drive-thru workers sometimes seem personally offended by your existence, that’s practically a miracle.

If you’ve given up on fast food because of bad attitudes and worse food, give this Little Caesars a shot. It won’t change your life, but it will feed you well, treat you right, and maybe restore a little faith in humanity, one Hot-N-Ready at a time.“
