The food and drinks were great! Definitely a 10/10! Great customer service as well!
Today is my birthday, and as a treat to myself, I decided to order lemon pepper wings wet from Kravins on my lunch break. However, when I got back to work and opened my order, I discovered I had received 10 piping hot wings instead — the wrong flavor.
I called the restaurant to explain the mix-up and was informed that the sauces had been mixed up. I asked if I could bring the wings back after my shift ends at 7 PM and was told that I would need to return all 10 wings...read full review
