It was Take out only! I didn't know they changed the policy but it Wasn't a long wait. They have best wings and shrimp fried rice in the city.It was Fresh and hot. It has truck parking and it was affordable and delicious I always go there when im in town.
There is no place to dine at. I ordered rice but got noodles which were pretty good so no problem. The inside looks really sketchy but the bathrooms were clean and the food wasn't that bad. They put my meats together in the big thingy but I just don't like my food touching lol.
