Oh wow! This is how chicken and waffles should taste! Chicken burger/sandwich; also awesome. Fries were great. This food was so good, I was licking my finger down to my elbows. Oh and super friendly staff. They even had some good old school R&B playing in the background. We were passing through from NM and I told them if they opened one in Abq, they would shut down all the “chain” chicken places.
I was excited to go here based on the reviews; however, the food wasn't up to par. I ordered the jumbo shrimp. They were fried so hard the shrimp were dried out and stuck to the breading. I come here every time I'm in town and I always get the Louisiana blend and it's SO good. I've also had the kool aid before which was good. However the fries are not good. I have tried a number of other things on the menu and not liked them very much but the Louisiana blend wings are worth coming back for, especially if you like spicy food.

Spent 67$ on food that wasn’t all in my bag yet along the pound cake was 4.00$ tasted liked a pan baked of flour !!!! The shrimp salad tasted like a straight grease !! Let me just say I’ll never eat there again because this food isn’t good ???? whoever is the cook needs to be fired ! Because nothing good about thisDONT BE FOOLED BY THE PRESENTATION BECAUSE IT WAS SO BAD MY 73 year old grandpa couldn’t eat it have a bless day because yall came up 67$ off what I could have spent on lunch meat and bread

I had their shrimp Poboy combo and my wife had their catfish poboy combo. Both were excellent and came with fries and a soft drink. Would definitely stop here again.
