“The best ice cream I’ve had by far! The last 2 times I’ve been have been horrible experiences. One time there was a frozen moth in my ice cream cup, the second time I ordered a small twister and received a small cup with two bites of ice cream in it. The staff is rude. I’ve never had a bad experience until this summer. Will definitely be visiting the West Monroe location from now on.“

“I had to wait to get the order I had placed because a worker did not come in. The manager was very apologetic. The Hot tamales were a little bit spicy for me but not too much. I made a hot tamale casserole with them that turned out very well. In my opinion, they are definitely worth the price. “We missed the crawfish Season but we were None the less very happy with our meal. There was a little of a wait because we had to wait on sausage. We got snow crab and shrimp. The shrimp were incredible. Cooked just right and very tender. The crab was good too. The only downer was the wait. We waited for over 30min.“

“first time visiting the salad station was a very pleasant experience!The salad is fully customizable to your preference, manager was friendly enough, and staff was never hesitant to help!The freshness of the ingredients is what will make me come back . The salad dressing was delishhh!!! Didn’t taste anything being watered down. Ingredients were cold and crisp ! Fresh! the garlic butter chicken was warm and very nicely seasoned.I only give 4 stars because the soups are nasty, they lack seasoning, just overall lack luster.But the lemonade spreads and fresh tea AMAZING. “My first time here. It won't be my last bc im always willing to try again. The place was clean. Appears it would be a good place to go for game night, all its missing is a cigar lounge. The lady who took the order was pleasant, orders got mixed up but noone's perfect. Once I got my food it was hot. Wings were good and burger also. Fries were just right. I will visit again.“
“I’m 55 years old and this is literally the friendliest Waffle House I’ve ever been to in my life. More than one person greeted me when I walked in. They were all in a good mood. A couple of them were even singing along to songs on the sound system that was playing. And I got my food in about 5 minutes. AMAZING STAFF. Keep up the good work!“

“Oh wow! This is how chicken and waffles should taste! Chicken burger/sandwich; also awesome. Fries were great. This food was so good, I was licking my finger down to my elbows. Oh and super friendly staff. They even had some good old school R&B playing in the background. We were passing through from NM and I told them if they opened one in Abq, they would shut down all the “chain” chicken places.“
“My Fiance and I heard about this restaurant through one of my co-workers. I was afraid of being treated differently because of our age but that was NOT the case. We were treated like everyone else. We did go again about two weeks later because of how much we love the food, and we waited for 40 minutes before anyone paid attention to us, and we were the only people seated since it was a later reservation. HOWEVER, I do not believe in being rude on just misunderstandings. After getting attention of a hostess and not overreacting about it, our orders were immediately taken and our apps came to us within 10 minutes after. Our food was perfect separated out so we did not feel rushed, and the owner was more than generous with how he compensated our wait. I absolutely love this restaurant and WILL be returning. I cannot see why anyone wouldn't love the chef and his work. If you are planning on going, you have to try the deviled eggs and the scallops. And to the owner, please keep scallops on the menu for March 30th because I WILL be ordering them!“
