The sweetest young lady and I started up a conversation. Come to find out her family owns the ice cream (custard) shoppe. Absolutely sweet as she could be. Gave me some good recommendations for next time because I had already ordered for me and my sister. We had the Cookie Monster. It was great! We thought it was our best ice cream (oops custard) ever!!! Then before we left she gave me a carton of her recommended custard so I could try it down the road. The best ice cream I’ve had by far! The last 2 times I’ve been have been horrible experiences. One time there was a frozen moth in my ice cream cup, the second time I ordered a small twister and received a small cup with two bites of ice cream in it. The staff is rude. I’ve never had a bad experience until this summer. Will definitely be visiting the West Monroe location from now on.
Been going to Eskamoe's for years. Absolutely love it! The ONLY place I go to for ice cream/ custard!
