Tarra Forman was great she very respectful and had my drinks out quick and fun to talk to
I must say this Applebee's and my waitress Tarra is exceptional.Very nice and inviting atmosphere and would recommend this Applebee's to anyone.Tarra is a very nice and welcoming young lady.If you have time stop by Applebee's on Pecanland and ask for Tarra,You won't be disappointed !!!
We ordered takeout. We attempted to order by phone, but since you can’t talk with a human, we gave up. The AI was not capable of getting our order correct. That meant we had to order in person at the restaurant and then wait for the food to be prepared to take home. Food was edible, but definitely not worth the hassle of getting it ordered. Service by humans was acceptable, but they lost one, maybe two stars, for the service quality of their AI ordering system on the phone.
