“We missed the crawfish Season but we were None the less very happy with our meal. There was a little of a wait because we had to wait on sausage. We got snow crab and shrimp. The shrimp were incredible. Cooked just right and very tender. The crab was good too. The only downer was the wait. We waited for over 30min.“
“Central Station on Forsythe has, without a doubt, the BEST customer service of any convenience store in Monroe.By reading the first few reviews it’s obvious some customers did not enjoy their experience. HOWEVER, those reviews were written over 2 years ago and there is a new crew who takes pride in their work. “Mom and I have been craving crawfish, so it was time for a visit to Dixie Land Mudbugs! We got two of the 4lb bags, but 2lbs each would have been plenty! There was a good mix of huge crawfish and little ones. Each bag came with one piece of corn and two potatoes. I hate spicy food, and these were perfect for me. Mom would have preferred a little more spice! It was very good and I'm going back for the gumbo next time! You can call in your order ahead of time. Definitely worth the drive.“
“I love everything about this place. The staff are nice and friendly and they greet you when you walk in. The food is always great and never had any complaints. It’s definitely one of my top spots to eat as far as as seafood goes. Stop by when you get a chance and check them out you won’t regret it.“
“Tried the catfish, shrimp and chicken all very good and they drop it in the fryer right when you order. Sides we tried were fries- really good. Mashed potatoes and gravy- really good and the dirty rice-really good. Sweet tea was also good. Just passing through Louisiana and wanted exactly what they served while we were there. Got it. Also staff very nice“
“I love the shrimp ? and crab special with lemon and pepper spice and medium spice level....yummy!!!But what will blow you away....is their chicken wings! My wife LOVES THEM...it's the only way I can get her to go as she isn't a big seafood person...“
“Went for brunch. Arrived at the perfect moment. Bloody Mary was good. Wish there were more brunch items that weren't eggs. Makes me miss their buffet. Ended up with the crab cakes. Normally they are really good, but this day they were quite fishy tasting. Not enjoyable at all. Service was great, as was the atmosphere. My friends dining with me loved the breakfast pizza and other items they ordered. We will be back.“

“Catahoula's, situated just 5 minutes from the regional airport, offers a vibrant sports bar atmosphere with patio seating that provides a picturesque view of Bayou DeDiard. However, parking can be somewhat limited. Upon arrival, I was promptly seated. The fish tacos I ordered were unfortunately only mediocre in taste. Nonetheless, my I server, Kylie was attentive.“
