Trapp's restaurant is a riverside gem offering delicious food and friendly service. The standout dishes include the fried crawfish sandwich, crispy shrimp poboy, tender and flavorful catfish, and decadent bread pudding. The boudin also leaves a memorable impression. Although the smothered catfish and etoufee's crawfish were a bit bland, possibly due to crawfish season, Trapp's remains a must-visit for its excellent food and ambiance. Particularly recommended is their St Martinville Boudin.
