The staff was friendly enough but they got our order mixed up with someone else's. When we took part of the order to the counter to let them know we we were told that we had ordered that. A few moments later and one of the servers came and explained about the mix up. They were out of ketchup and ranch, there were no lids for drinks at the drink station, I had to go back to the counter to get some. But they were super friendly and a little busy so the mix up was understandable.
My dad always called Dairy Queen "Burger King with ice cream" and he isn't wrong. What sets them apart is their awesome staff thou, they're always friendly and attentive. They listen and suggest new stuff. They're awesome.
