Good food but rude service I caught the person at the window trying to steal from the store. I was charged an exorbitant amount for a small blizzard and a dipped cone. When I looked at my receipt it wasn't my order so I asked the guy who brought me my food to bring me the right receipt. Shortly after the same woman took my order and gave me the receipt came out and said that she didn't ring up my order (red flag) and that if I wanted my receipt I would have to pay two more dollars because she didn't ring up the right order so in order to keep her from being able to steal I told her I would pay the $2 and to bring me my receipt. Once our got the receipt about 10 minutes later I started to piece this back together and I realized that not only had they overcharged me but she had done that in order to try and take the money That's the only explanation that fits. Why would she take my order then give me somebody else's receipt and charge me what was on that receipt and then when I ask for my right receipt she tells me I will have to pay more if I want what's up with that how can a small lizard and one dipped cone cause more than a whole family meal so if anybody goes there there reads this make sure and check your receipt make sure that you're charged the right amount and most of all I hope they catch her in the act because I don't like thieves

Before you think you comment on your bad experience please read this. Every 15 minutes you waited for your food there are several others who have too. Did you ever stop to consider what needs to be made? Dairy Queen has about four ways to order: drive through, front counter, doordash, and mobile order but your order can only be given at the front counter and drive through. The drive through has a clock that times employees on how long a car is waiting so after a certain amount of time you’re in the red, no exceptions on any holds or waits. Also consider the fact that some foods have to be cooked fresh so your wait time will be longer. With this information let’s do some math! Person A1 orders a burger and fries at the drive through and there are four cars behind them, person B1 orders a blizzard with a steak finger meal with onion rings and there are 3 customers and a doordasher behind them, there are 4 employees with one in the drive thru one making blizzards and ones in the kitchen and front counter. Drive through takes priority in most restaurants because of the timer so drive throughs food is usually sent out first. Person B1 is mad because they saw that customer A1 is getting their food first, but customer B1 order steak fingers and onion rings which must be made fresh everytime. While customer B1 is waiting B2 orders. So customer B1’s blizzard comes up before the food does, which appeases the customer for a short time until they get their piping hot straight out of the grease order. But now all B1 is thinking about is the wait time. So now let’s go to B2 who has ordered a chicken strip basket and fries with a milkshake, they are mad because there’s a wait on their food. So here’s why! The cook has to make more fries because of the customer volume, the ice cream maker has to make the orders prior to customer B2’s as well as keeping track of stock and cleaning their station. While there’s a wait on fries it’s very likely that NO ORDERS will go out until the fries are done, and when that happens the employees tell you WHAT YOURE WAITING ON! They do this as to not keep you in the dark and to let you know your food will be fresh. So let’s go to our doordasher, sincerely the most irritating person in this situation. The doordasher is a worker, an employee just like the cook and his coworkers. The only difference is that the doordasher is paid per order, but what they don’t know is that doordasher get their food in the order they waited in line, so if two customers come before them they will be the third. The doordasher feels angry over this stating that the food should be pre made before getting there, but the employee lets them know that doordash orders, AS MOST COMPANIES DO, are not made until the said dasher is in the establishment. If this were not the case we would have orders sitting up for hours with food wasted that could have gone to customers who ordered in house. This is an example of a customers entitlement, every single issue you face at a restaurant there’s an explanation and an employee who has to deal with the repercussions. You are inconvenienced because you have to wait a little longer for your large fry and blizzard while an employee has to struggle to make every order in the restaurant. Sometimes think, if there’s only TWO EMPLOYEES WHO WHY ARE YOU MAD AT THE EMPLOYEES?! You’re mad at a college student and a 20 something year old, but I’ll tell you right you don’t even understand what they’re going through in that kitchen struggling to feed all of you. So in that situation you have to have compassion for your fellow man and understand WHY the lobby must be closed. If there’s a line to the street in the drive through how does going inside help? The first person to do it MIGHT get their food faster, but after that there will be another line as long as a mountain is tall. And you’ll have the audacity to grope about how a restaurant as busy as Dairy Queen is out of a few toppings, or a blender is broken, or the employees have a tone with you when you likely did first. The internet brings a lot of positive

Under staffed. The Cook is worried about everything but his job. Just let orders pile up on him. He even locked the door to the dining room to stop orders. The other 2 are killing themselves. Been waiting 50 minutes and still no food. Group left after getting a refund during our stay. Family ordered after us, got their food before us.

Was told I had to wait 15 minutes for the system to reboot... during dinnertime? I'm sticking around becauae I have wanted soft ice cream forna week now and I finally was able tonget it (I hope). However while waiting, ladie's bathroom has no wastebin in the stall. Desgusting.

The staff was friendly enough but they got our order mixed up with someone else's. When we took part of the order to the counter to let them know we we were told that we had ordered that. A few moments later and one of the servers came and explained about the mix up. They were out of ketchup and ranch, there were no lids for drinks at the drink station, I had to go back to the counter to get some. But they were super friendly and a little busy so the mix up was understandable.

While the food here is good, the time it takes is substantial.
