It’s a pleasure to spend money with a company who values its employees as much as its customers. I am not the hugest fan of the food but I get the CF itch from time to time. I know I can count on quality and smiling faces when I interact with CF. It gets so busy up there everyone inside is multitasking and working so hard. Yet they maintain a calm and composed demeanor. “This is my absolute favorite restaurant out of all the fast food chains the food is always delicious never burnt dry the customer service is phenomenal outstanding amazing they do wonderful at Chick-fil-A I mess with it heavy shout out to the chicks and the chickens at Chick-fil-A“

“They are the absolute best we order from them most likely almost a lot and it’s just like God has came down like it’s like I’m in heaven that’s how good this food is. I recommend trying it especially their nachos and their Dorito tacos. They are the bomb they’re not that much they are the bomb bum bum bum bum me and my kids almost eat there most likely every day but they are the bomb and I know I said a lot, but I’m sorry that’s how much I love them.“

“Wow this is just the usual canes I found the strips very greasy. Parking was hard to find and I assume this was because it was lunch hour. I did receive my food quickly and service was with a smile.

“I LOVE this place! Because of 1 person! Shantoria store#3172 on cypress st. She needs a raise! Every fast food restaurant you go to the customer service is so terrible and the people that check on you are so rude. This is the only place I go. She makes sure my food is fresh every time. She's always smiling, she's always happy my babies know her. She is the best and we will always come here because of her. You can call me i am a real person she has been taking my food orders for the past 4 years!! I know bc we met while I was pregnant now my baby is 2 and loves to see her when we come that's how amazing she is!!“

“Was recently riding my motorcycle back from Monroe and it was getting time to eat. I went to this place as it was easy on and off I-20. I was just sitting down and the waitress asked if I wanted to try the “special” which was the fried catfish. I choose the sides fries and slaw. All was well prepared and the catfish was good. Nice serving size and just the right amount of meal coating. All was good at at reasonable price $10.99. I went back a couple weeks later to get the catfish special but it wasn’t the correct day. It was pork chop day!!!! Wow!!! Another great choice. Two large bone in chops metaled and fried to a tenderness that was perfect. Fried okra and coleslaw was great. I’ll be back!!! They serve alcohol drinks too The menu is varied and something for all. Worth the stop!!!“

“Big shoutout to McDonald’s on Wells rd West Monroe, LA. They were so busy today 12/6/25 and very stressed out but they did not let their customers down. They stepped up and all worked together to get it done. They were all nice and polite and apologetic. What awesome teamwork!! WTG!! And thank you! 😊“

“The artist was great. However she was the only one until 4:30pm. I spent $50. This subway probably lost that much during my time there because folks didn't want to wait. It's located in a travel plaza - invest in additional staff or get out of the business. I have worked for this type of owner - frugal micromanagers. These types always failed. Selah.“

“The steak bagels are supposed to be soft and a little more onion mixture on the bagels as well. The McDonald's in northeast Louisiana does not hold up to the standards of McDonald's in the Dallas TX area. Disappointed in Louisiana restaurants.“

“First time visiting today, and was hesitant at first. However, the way I was treated was how I’d treat someone as well. Although my order was initially online and I ordered in parking lot bc I’m big on cleanliness when it comes to fixing my food. I was allowed to get my sandwich fixed exactly to my specifications. The staff was very nice and courteous. I don’t know if she’s was the mgr that I was interacting with, but she was a sweetheart. She assured me that if I’m ever dissatisfied to please let her know and she’d be more than happy to take care of it. I know how things can be stressful doing lunch , but these ladies were awesome. “Food is pretty good as per usual, but it took me forever to actually order anything, as nobody could hear us, and then the drive thru person just left us completely, so we just circled back around for a last attempt before we went to literally anywhere else, and the person still had trouble hearing us, and then the card reader didn't work. Still ended up getting out food, but would recommend going to almost any other sonic if you HAVE to go to a sonic“

“I just wanna say the ladies at the store are awesome. Their food is always great. I drive from 20 minutes away and pass three subways to go to their subway. Their vegetable board and meat board is always great looking none of that frozen look to it and they do it exactly how ask. I do have a couple of things that I asked for specifically I can be a hard customer, but they do it just perfectly. The nex time you want a great sandwich go visit them at the Thomas Road subway.😊“
