They left out an item. Because it is absolutely impossible to find the restaurant number anywhere, it is impossible to report the missing item. There is no store number with the restaurant listing in the app, none on the only receipt provided with the order, and none on my app receipt. Very obvious they do not want the opportunity to correct mistakes.
Big shoutout to McDonald’s on Wells rd West Monroe, LA. They were so busy today 12/6/25 and very stressed out but they did not let their customers down. They stepped up and all worked together to get it done. They were all nice and polite and apologetic. What awesome teamwork!! WTG!! And thank you! 😊
