I visited the store this evening to purchase a tuna sandwich, the manager was exceptionally nice. Eugene made sure my sandwich was exactly the way I requested. The staff was was quick and efficient with my order. I've been to a few Firehouse subs between Fl and La, and this store is without a doubt the cleanest I've visited. To me that speaks volumes about the way this store is run. I really enjoyed my meal, the service and the staff.Thank you
Man, Eugene has this place lined out! The food of course is amazing.The atmosphere and friendly staff makes this place enjoyable to visit. They go way out of the way to give back to their community as well. Thanks everyone there. See you again soon!!

We live in extreme South Arkansas and we come to Monroe all the time to see the doctor. We ALWAYS eat at this Firehouse. Talk about friendly, helpful and nice, whew! The food is just as good. The manager is an awesome guy and remembered us from the last time we were there several weeks ago. Now, these people are doing it right and need a raise. I am not joking here. Great employees deserve greater pay.
