I would like to thank the crew and management at Firehouse subs today for their excellent service and courteous demeanor throughout my visit today. My order was prepared quickly and was perfectly made. I highly recommend this location. Outstanding!
We live in extreme South Arkansas and we come to Monroe all the time to see the doctor. We ALWAYS eat at this Firehouse. Talk about friendly, helpful and nice, whew! The food is just as good. The manager is an awesome guy and remembered us from the last time we were there several weeks ago. Now, these people are doing it right and need a raise. I am not joking here. Great employees deserve greater pay.
