I had the pleasure of being service by Shamar tonight 9/27/26 @midnight. I drove from Chicago and has always wanted to experience “wataburger”. Shamar gave me such a great experience. He was very knowledgeable, Nice and very humble. He suggested that I tried the sweet & spicy bacon burger because it was one of his favorites. It was SOOOO GOOD!!!! He was able to answer every question we had… did I mention that I traveled with my social club? (smokin Divaz of Illinois)...read full review
Expect a wait, as this fast food location is very busy. Has great food, Good staff, Pricier than most burger places, but worth it.
Staff was efficient and friendly, even bothered to double check with me about a post order alteration to my meal rather than stuffing it in a bag and handing it off. I only wish I had gotten the young lady working the windows name so I could commend her to management as she definitely deserves recognition as being a above the bar staff member

Whataburger is a restaurant known for its tasty burgers, reminiscent of Sonic's better burgers. The drive-thru service is reasonably fast, and the staff has moments of friendliness and helpfulness, as noted by some customers. The restaurant is clean, and the bathrooms are good. Vegetarian options are available and highly rated. Many find the food fresh, with fries that are amazing and burgers that taste like they just came off a grill. However, there have been issues with order accuracy, and some customers have experienced long wait times and poor treatment from staff. Despite these issues, overall, it offers a nice dining experience with delicious food and is open 24/7, making it a convenient spot for late-night cravings.
