This was the worst experience I've had at any Whataburger location as far as customer service goes. When we came in to order, we heard chatter and comradery coming from the BOH but we had to wait over 5 minutes to be served. When the manager came out to take our order, he had to stop and deliver a curbside order midway through. The lady actually came inside while we were ordering with a complaint about her meal and wanting the fries to be remade. We ordered creamy pepper sauce and when our meal arrived we did not receive it and my fiance was made fun of when he went up to ask for an item that we were charged for. The tables in the lobby were dirty and there weren't any napkins. When we received our meals, the fries were hot and fresh and our burgers were correct. If you come through Monroe, LA, I would recommend just skipping the inside dining experience and do the drive-thru or just pick a different restaurant.

Poor service from 8:to5.stomach is very upset and it’s the only thing I ate yesterday Always a wait can’t talk correctly to customers .waited 25 minutes for a burger and fry ice machine needs cleaning had small specs of something on it .needs a real manger there every day.

Waited for an hour and a half.. absolutely ridiculous… then to finally get my order and they decide to give only ONE ketchup for two large meals… super disappointedDon’t go at night you’ll spend a quarter tank of gas in your car and have ultimate depression trying to battle for ketchup with your partner! :(

The lady taking my order was awesome. But they were out of napkins, Dr pepper, coke, and small burger patties. I asked for spicy ketchup and nobody ever came back. I had to go up to the register and ask again. Trash on the floor. Bathrooms are locked by a code.Not s great experience.
