It was bad. I was charged for Gluten Free Bread when I wanted wheat. I was also charged for a donation without asking. I am not satisfied with my experience.

We live in extreme South Arkansas and we come to Monroe all the time to see the doctor. We ALWAYS eat at this Firehouse. Talk about friendly, helpful and nice, whew! The food is just as good. The manager is an awesome guy and remembered us from the last time we were there several weeks ago. Now, these people are doing it right and need a raise. I am not joking here. Great employees deserve greater pay.

Went in to get some chilli, I kid you not…they had everything packed up on a Saturday night at 8:14PM…no one wants to walk into a foodery & have to watch workers walk to the back to get their food..not on the heating providers to keep it fresh . It wasn’t even near closing time.HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE and will not going back..

I ordered a pepperoni sub and the manager volunteered and said large so when I asked about a small he told me he had a 3 inch or something of that sort. Instead of offering another size other than the 3 inch he made it seem as if those were the only two sizes so I kept the large but after noticing there was a medium size I went to change it to a medium at which that time he told me the order was already being made. I will say it was my mistake but I do believe he could have been a little more transparent with me.

I visited the store this evening to purchase a tuna sandwich, the manager was exceptionally nice. Eugene made sure my sandwich was exactly the way I requested. The staff was was quick and efficient with my order. I've been to a few Firehouse subs between Fl and La, and this store is without a doubt the cleanest I've visited. To me that speaks volumes about the way this store is run. I really enjoyed my meal, the service and the staff.Thank you

I went in a couple days ago to order their meatball special they had advertise. I didn't realize I was going to have to pay almost $20 for a combo for a half a sandwich as far as quality of the food. Very disappointed I think even my dog did not like the sandwich when I gave it to him, the service was minimal and the ambiance of the place was typical fast food. It's a no for me.

The Firehouse chili is so good. if you have never tried it you must. This store is so pretty and clean and the crew are so quick and kind. Ask to add the cheddar cheese to the chili makes it so good.
