The sonic drive-in is undergoing significant changes. These changes are aimed at addressing the issues many of you have experienced in the past. Our General Manager, Brian Harper, has hired three amazing new managers that have experience with successful Sonic restaurants and can change your perspective of this restaurant. Ordered Coke with easy ice, they filled it with ice. They normally get it right.

Sonic Drive-In in Monroe offers hot and fresh food, impressing visitors. The customer service is excellent, making for an enjoyable dining experience. However, some issues with the food and drinks have been reported. Some customers have experienced flavorless drinks, including sweet tea, while others have found old sauce on condiment packets. Despite these issues, the restaurant's parking is always readily available. Overall, the team's dedication to quality and service is evident, although some aspects of the location and environment may not be to every visitor's taste.
