The people here are nice, and usually my orders get out pretty quickly. However, what prompted me to leave a review was my last time coming here. We used the mobile app and checked in, and our car hop came out and gave us a drink carrier, as expected. However, it was somebody else's order. We used the button and called back, and they came and took the drinks and gave us the proper ones. However, after they took the drinks they took their immediately to the correct car. This is simply illegal and unsafe, and absolutely unacceptable from a food establishment.

I recently visited the Sonic Drive-In in Monroe, and I was impressed with the hot and fresh food. The customer service was excellent, making my dining experience enjoyable. Kudos to the team for their dedication to quality and service!

Service here is just flat out terrible 90% of the time. Last four or five times I’ve been they won’t even answer when you press the button to order. Only way I can get anyone’s attention is when I just place an order through the app. Even then, it won’t always show up on the stall screen and sometimes I’ll have to push the button anyways just to make sure it actually went through. Happened this morning and the employee who did finally answer was rude… cut me off when I was in the middle of speaking and was yelling over me. Very obnoxious and kind of saddening because I just wanted to make sure my order went through and am now being treated like a burden…

Waited over 20 mins for 2 drinks.. had to flag a worker down and ask her. Waited some more. Then they brought me the wrong order. And Waited again then they finally brought my order.
Food was so good, got a new cook. Juicy double cheeseburger , hot nachos with fries and coke was very cold. YUM!

They got major issues. The lady didn't think to remake order because another assume dasher was coming thru drive thru got someone order. All she do tell me about my shirt. She need learn that her job make sure all customers are treated with respect. Just because she is manager do not make her above no one. The customer was upset. Her food did not show up. No photo was taken. I think she very wrong asking me anything. Problems in this city are people don't think why we as consumers don't want go your business u rude ugly. U have nasty attitude. Most of sonics have people like her. Get job go to there heads. All I'm trying do make a extra dollar to help my child. She need understand she want always have job. The lesson be fatal once see it from her point of view. God bless her. I sure wouldn't work her in no given time. Who laws for. She got nerve. I sure want be coming if she is there. Need find someone with common sense not no one looking like they own whole Monroe still what. We all make mistakes. Anyway. I hope she learn not be so fast just believing anyone without hard facts. I talked to lady. I know I didn't lie. She try argue with someone. Wow. Need understand I'm grown. I do not appreciate her telling me anything. Only thing she should did. Say sorry we remake customer order give her free drinks etc. God will prevail!!!!!
