9 Best Mexican Restaurants in Ruston

“I have been going to this Dilla’d location throughout my pregnancy because it’s just a pregnancy craving I’ve been having. I have had mostly good experiences with dealers, but this was the exception today I just went through there probably less than 20 minutes ago and had the worst experience I’ve had in a customer service line probably ever. I’m assuming she was a supervisor she was wearing a different color shirt and the rest of the staff, but she was rude. She cut me off in the drive-through line and then when I tried to finish my order at the when you she looked at me like I was stupid.. She told me to pull around and she would bring my food out and literally threw it to me through my window. Maybe my review will do nothing, but it needs to be addressed with her. Didn’t get her name she wouldn’t give me my receipt so I can’t help there.

Update: went again this week and super happy with the service I received! I received my food very fast too! Thank you to the owners for response! I am happy to change my review!“

“My son and I stopped in for an early dinner around 4pm. Our waitress was very nice, friendly, and provided great customer service. The food was absolutely amazing. This will be our go to anytime we’re craving Mexican food.“

“I went online to view the menu. It has 1 price for the steak and then I was charged another price not listed. I asked for a manager. I was approached by a young lady could have been in her mid 20's. She was very rude and unprofessional. Asked for owner name. She just basically gave me a fake name. Anytime you need information on a business it should never be a hesitation to give that information.“
