My party of 2 was told our wait would be 20 to 30 minutes. We didn't mind waiting. However, I noticed about 5 to 7 tables empty the entire time we were waiting. People were leaving, but we weren't moving up in the line. On the app we were 5th in line. After 20 minutes we were still 5th in line. I asked the hostess why we weren't being seated with so many empty tables. She said she had to go in order of the list. Which is ridiculous because the app showed me there was a party of 12, a party of 8 and another party of 8 ahead of us. So my party of 2 could not be seated until there was available seating for these 3 larger parties. According to the app my wait time was going to be anywhere from 30 to 45 minutes longer than we were told. Had there not been so many empty seats I would not have minded. However, several smaller parties could have been seated and probably fed by the time a space cleared for the larger parties that were waiting. We ended up leaving.

Absolute scam. They charged me five dollars for this. Not only that my egg rolls weren't even cooked all the way.

Aside from that they didn't cut the egg rolls, it was noisy, there was hardly anyone there. 5$ for a baby side was the straw that broke the camel's back. Never again.

We had a group of 10 people wanting to dine in and after checking in with the host and waiting 30 minutes and receiving a text from them that it was time to be seated to check back in with a host they then argued and was rude saying we would be waiting another 45 minutes when there was clearly multiple tables empty and ready and by that time we only had 8 people cause 2 people left because of the wait time.

The kitchen is always behind and the food is overcooked. The wait time is too long when the place is empty.

Ordered to go. 1 triple dipper ($17) and 1 queso ($11). Beside the price being absolutely insane, we paid $11 for 5 ounces of queso. Had they brought it to the table, in a skillet, it would have been close to double the size. This place has gone downhill so badly.

I made an online order that I PAID for only to be told at pick up I hadn’t paid for this food. even though in my acct I HAVE and still have paid for this food that I never recieved on new years night at that. Was promised I wouldn’t be charged but I was. Management is a joke and completely clueless. Here it is 2 days later and I’m still charged 50 dollars for food I never recieved. With not even an apology.

Since when do they put season salt on the Quesadilla chicken salad? It was so salty I couldn’t eat it. Very disappointed in this location.
