Cracker Barrel Old Country Store

Food was good and the service was great.
Came here a second time after a while and had a great time. Our waiter, Charlie, made the experience super fun and he was extremely nice and was checking on us plenty. The food was great and we had a lot of fun looking through the store as well.

I don't know who the cook is at the store but they are terrible I ordered the country boy my eggs were wet my has browns undercooked and the biscuits were still doughy and.the gravy was like pudding came out in a clump who ever is in that kitchen do better my brother came down from Michigan and he even said he is not coming back while he is here

We haven't been there in about 2 years. The food was pitiful. I ordered chicken and dumplings, it came in a bowl. It was like a thin soup, only 3 dumplings the chicken was adequate. My husband had meatloaf very small portion. His 2 sides were very small. We were there at lunch time 12:15. The restaurant was almost empty. Plenty of parking.

My experience was too good not to leave a review. Our server Dominique was top tier. She was attentive, patient, and precise.Listen!! And she had us joked out. We appreciated how not only did she make sure the adults were okay she ensured our kids had what they needed. Definitely wasn’t used to this type of experience from a Cracker Barrel. Our family will return just on our experience with Dominique alone.

Miss Jenny is our absolute favorite everytime we go! She is so sweet and attentive especially to my kids. They adore her as much as we do! She deserves all the stars for her hard work and attention!

Great service, from the gift shop to the restaurant. My granddaughter and I just shared something small, then walked thru the gift shop. A nice place to just wander around.

It seems as though, a lot of the traditional menu items have had their recipes changed. Nothing had any flavor or taste to it at all. The green beans were bland, the brown gravy on the mashed potatoes had no taste, the corn barely tasted like corn and the cornbread, sweet mercy, its been completely destroyed. You used to have the best cornbread ever and now it tasted like I was chewing on an old gym sock. I also had the chicken and dumplings as my main entree and I didn't even finish it because it just didn't taste good. Our waitress was friendly and prompt however, so at least the service was good.

Needs a little help in the kitchen. Fried pickles were not done and neither were the pancakes. But we will return!
