Cracker Barrel Old Country Store

Needs a little help in the kitchen. Fried pickles were not done and neither were the pancakes. But we will return!

Called a curbside pickup. Got here 10minutes before scheduled and almost an hour still sitting here and no food yet. My order was misplaced my food. They didn't want to here me complain either food once finally received was horrible. Pic is supose to be French toast with strawberry sauce and cream custard and it's all balled up with no sauce or cream. Could eat the chicken fried chicken it was so dried out

My server's name was Paige, and she was very attentive despite the busyness. The food was just alright. I had dumplings. The store workers were lovely, very helpful, and knowledgeable. Ian spent a good deal of his time to walk with me and show me things my grandkids might would like.

The meal I ordered was delicious as always, but apparently the ‘order ready’ notification system is not working properly. My order was received by the restaurant, but I was not notified when it was ready for pickup. I had to go inside and ask and pick up.

Overall great experience. Houston had us laughing the whole time her enthusiasm is over the top.

They consistently let me down. Cracker Barrel use to be good, but they've gone downhill continuously.

Today (03/19/25) is my last day to eat Cracker Barrel. I tried to get the Brocoli Cheddar Chicken, one of my old favorites. It was awful. The broccoli was burnt and tasted awful. The entree and sides were all cold. The chicken didn't even seem to be cooked entirely. It had the texture of a gummy candy.

Do not recommend for anyone to go here. You have a 50/50 chance of it being decent or the worst dining experience.

I watched other people get their food before me that cans in after me. They got a piss poor excuse about there were 2 other big groups that they taking care of.
It wouldn't have been so bad if the manager came and said something to us before we said something to our waitress.

I ordered online and it was absolutely terrible. I think I had like a burnt French toast. I waited about 30 minutes for it would not recommend.

The service is terrible. Takes a hour to get your food. Then you get a portion of what you order. Ordered biscuits and gravy. Was told I'll bring you some gravy to go with the biscuits that was on our table for over 30 minutes. Service has gone bad.

I really enjoy eating at this restaurant but yesterday I had a little trouble. Our ticket got lost and my niece and I waited on our food for about 40 minutes. The waitress apologized but I was on my lunch break and it made me 30 minutes late coming back to work. I figured if we got there at 11:00 it would be ok. This has never happened to me there before.

My family ate at Cracker Barrel this evening and not only was the food and service amazing but the hostess, Houston was one of the most welcoming restaurant staff we have seen in a while! Quentin was also an amazing server and made us feel right at home! Such a great experience!!!

I ordered to go with gravy on side and it wasn't there when I got home. Also carrots were almost raw. The food quality has went way down in last few years for SURE! Won't be back for awhile and I used to love the food here.
