I came over there today around 12pm to order my girlfriend parents some 6pc chicken fingers. The young manager was hell rude to me and to her staff. One of the staff apologized but, the manager did not. I was so furious angry 😡 because, I ask for two graves for bothwith no drink (which they don't want a drink) and they gave me only one grave for one basket and two in the other. I was also trying to pay for my meal before driving off. I never did leave. My food was cold and one of her staff knows that I am not leaving until I pay my meal (which I did not move my stinking truck until I pay it. Which I did by the aidewalk) I was treated hateful. I want that girl fired for her behavior. If I ever get another rude behavior like that I want the CEO to fired her for her bad behavior. That was so hell rude. 😡 Not going back if this keep up. Show some respect. A costumer is number one. Not you.

I made the mistake of getting DQ outside of Texas. No steak finger baskets or good Texas-styled burgers that I was used to growing up with in Texas. This place is horrible as far as quality. The onion rings were $4, very small and burned to a crisp. Never again! 🤢

This is second time I have tried to get my favorite blizzard in a week, New York Strawberry Cheesecake and the second time these people disappoint me. Not going back! First the strawberries were frozen I was told. Tonight I get whole strawberries not strawberry juice, no cream cheese chunks. Nobody educated on how to make anything properly in this place.

Dairy Queen never disappoints! Whether I’m stopping in for a quick bite or just craving a sweet treat, this place always hits the spot. The burgers are delicious, and of course, the Blizzards are unbeatable – you can’t go wrong with any flavor!

The whole crew was apparently starting their first shift there. Took 50 minutes to get food. Management should not have continued to run DoorDash and the dining area and isolated orders to the drive through while they train folks. Completely unnecessary to stress teenagers out to that degree.

New hires beware !!!
How employees are treated by some management is disgusting. The hiring process is a joke. Employee was told to clock out ( which i already adviced never clock out till job done) and then expected to close the store for next hour and 45 mins for free while management sits on her bum barking orders. They was not helpful to new employee in helping set up their card to recieve payment. They were very short and unprofessional and then when employee doesn't receive payment from busting their bum all week is told they messed up and not management problem but still expected them to keep slaving. Then employee is told they are fired for making threats to said management but same sentence also says however, other employees and management say you do excellent work and pleasure to be around, so basically anyone can make a claim and no proof and get anyone fired 🤔
And company will also fire through text and if you don't respond less then 3 min they will text your emergency contact with all the information which I feel is invasion of privacy since obviously this situation was not an emergency. Again this is not about all employees and management or locations!!
Only this location, one specific manager, and Corbin?, from corporate, he called himself!!
Very unprofessional and yes we saved all the proof showing text and the phone log where management called employee for 30second (not other way around) only to say busy can't talk your problem not mine and hang up and then employee fired via text to their roommate cause employee had no signal due to traveling outta state 🙄
Hopefully someone hire up then this Corbin fellow, follows up at this location and does better. Especially not having employees who been there 3 days themselves training newer employees like please make it make sense 🙄
