Usually have no trouble here. But 12/26/2024 . I went there to get my usual order to go. It was not busy at all. The host tossed me a Menu and pretty much ignored me for nearly 15 minutes. A guy literally walked in 5 minutes after me and she immediately served him. All I wanted was to order my take out and go. After 15 minutes, I gave up and walked out. I went to the Waffel House Across the street and had zero issues. Up until tonight, I've always got excellent service at this Denny's

I had been standing there almost 15 minutes with a family in front of me then 3 men’s come in behind me you acknowledge them and seats them…after I say something It’s another 15 minute wait when all along I just wanted a to go menu

Today (Christmas day) this location is very busy, but our server, Debbie, was supper nice and attentive! She did a fantastic job at Christmas time! Food was good, too.

First time ordering from here. The ordering process was smooth and the app let me know when it was ready for pickup. I did find when I got there that they didn't have one of the toppings for the pancakes I ordered, so they offered me a free beverage instead. I would have liked it better if they would have called me to tell me that they didn't have that topping so I could substitute it. But that was my only issue. The food was good and I will order from them again.

The first time I visited and it was empty. No inside eating.. They have cut down on their pancake size like IHOP. They are smaller and thinner. I was wondering why they're closing some of their restaurant nation wide. Business is slowing down 😆

Kids don’t eat free anymore which is the only reason we even go. Food is usually missing something my cali taco skillet was missing the salsa and sour cream. I didn’t even bother asking as the waitress seemed miserable to even be there. Three different waitresses had to ask each other who had our table before I guess they drew straws to see who would do it. We got no refills and we were only checked on after we were done eating. Couldn’t have link sausage as the server said it was all rotted. They are always out of something. The way this place is ran you will loose the local business and only get to pray on I-20 traffic.
