Usually have no trouble here. But 12/26/2024 . I went there to get my usual order to go. It was not busy at all. The host tossed me a Menu and pretty much ignored me for nearly 15 minutes. A guy literally walked in 5 minutes after me and she immediately served him. All I wanted was to order my take out and go. After 15 minutes, I gave up and walked out. I went to the Waffel House Across the street and had zero issues. Up until tonight, I've always got excellent service...

First time ordering from here. The ordering process was smooth and the app let me know when it was ready for pickup. I did find when I got there that they didn't have one of the toppings for the pancakes I ordered, so they offered me a free beverage instead. I would have liked it better if they would have called me to tell me that they didn't have that topping so I could substitute it. But that was my only issue. The food was good and I will order from them again.

The first time I visited and it was empty. No inside eating.. They have cut down on their pancake size like IHOP. They are smaller and thinner. I was wondering why they're closing some of their restaurant nation wide. Business is slowing down 😆
