What a blessing to have this restaurant in our community! I love knowing that I can purchase meals that are truly healthy for my body. Each week, the owner works tirelessly to prepare organic, gluten free, and dairy free dishes, casseroles, and desserts to customers, and I have never been disappointed! I absolutely love the Meal Rx service! Because of this service, I'm able to ensure that I have the highest quality meals for an entire week at a time. If you are a working individual or have other time constraints that don't allow for meal prep, you really need Meal Rx in your life!I hope you choose to give this restaurant a try! I have YET to get a meal here that isn't absolutely delicious and doesn't make me feel bloated or nauseous after! Everything is so fresh and yummy and just tastes like someone's 'healthy grandmother' made it if that makes sense! ? It tastes like it should be comfort food, yet the ingredients say otherwise in the BEST way!!! I literally look forward to coming here for lunch and brunch!!

Writing this after eating here for the first time. The lady at the cash register was the sweetest and answered all of my questions. The place itself is so cute and is stocked full of gluten free groceries. Way more than I get at the chain places in town! I got the chimichurri chicken with roasted garlic sweet potatoes. There isn’t a bite left. Some of the best food I’ve had since being diagnosed with celiac! Will 100% be back.

This place is my favorite in West Monroe. So fresh and delicious every time. Tastes like home cooking. They offer two entrees and several sides to choose from every time. The owners are really friendly. The in-store grocery has great, mostly local options that you can't find anywhere else in town

I love everything about this place. The food is so good and the people are genuinely friendly. I have had their hot food and also their refrigerated "to go" food. My favorite so far is the tamale lasagna and the from scratch gluten free chicken pot pie.

Dietary restrictions: It's the only place that I have found in Monroe where I don't have to worry about my dairy allergy or my gluten issues. The best part is that the food is legitimately tasty. Even if I didn't have these issues, I would still like the food here. I also like that they support local farmers.
