I moved to town quickly due to family needs. Between caring for family situations and work my previously healthy lifestyle took a back seat, until I found For His Temple. The most amazing clean ingredient Lunch spot. Coconut sugar tea, yummy gluten free cane Sugar free desserts, and delicious warm lunches with homemade ranch on the salad. Couldnt have asked for a better meal while visiting from out of town. 👏 I wish I could come daily.

I accidentally stumbled across this place and loved it. The menu always has something new and it all seems very healthy. The house made vinaigrette was so good I bought two bottles to take home. I will definitely come back when I am in the area.

Located in beautiful Antique Alley, For His Temple mirrors the owner's belief that food is medicine. Went in for a first-time visit Saturday with a friend who simply loves this place, constantly raves about it, and now I know why. First, the food is delicious and nourishing. I had a very tasty rainbow salad with the most wonderful chicken pot pie. ( Sorry. No picture available. It looked and smelled so good I began eating immediately!) Apparently they use a unique seasoning blend created by the owner, but I didn't even ask about the composition. There was no way I would have been able to duplicate it!

Second, the atmosphere is quaint and cozy. Blends in beautifully with the vibes of the newly rebirthed Antique Alley which it skirts. And third, the service is friendly, hospitable, and knowledgeable. As a part of the eatery, there are items that can be bought off of the shelf or out of the freezer. And the individuals who own or operate FHT are very approachable when it comes to sharing preparation tips and medicinal uses. All you have to do is ask!

I have eaten here twice now. What a find! Such a comfortable environment and owners and staff that are just precious. Healthy food options and a grocery section for things to take home. My new favorite West Monroe stop.

Very cute shop. It had a lot of health nutritious food drinks that you could purchase. Also, they have like a little diner and you can get a choice of two different options every day. They have different meals that they prep. It is 100% vegan organic no bad stuff in it I recommend

I found a store that has some really healthy choices. Butter eggs cream and coffee. Lots of other foods. Smells good and it’s clean. Friendly helpful people/staff.

What a blessing to have this restaurant in our community! I love knowing that I can purchase meals that are truly healthy for my body. Each week, the owner works tirelessly to prepare organic, gluten free, and dairy free dishes, casseroles, and desserts to customers, and I have never been disappointed! I absolutely love the Meal Rx service! Because of this service, I'm able to ensure that I have the highest quality meals for an entire week at a time. If you are a working individual or have other time constraints that don't allow for meal prep, you really need Meal Rx in your life!I hope you choose to give this restaurant a try! I have YET to get a meal here that isn't absolutely delicious and doesn't make me feel bloated or nauseous after! Everything is so fresh and yummy and just tastes like someone's 'healthy grandmother' made it if that makes sense! ? It tastes like it should be comfort food, yet the ingredients say otherwise in the BEST way!!! I literally look forward to coming here for lunch and brunch!!
