The customer service is always nice when I go there and the pizza is always good, but the wings are not really good. I think they could be cooked a little longer. The wings are always so big. To the point where they don't even look nor taste appetizing.

Had come to get a pizza at this location around 9:10 PM, as i walked to the lobby doors they were locked although they have it posted that it closes at 10, especially having a few workers standing in the lobby is very unprofessional and irresponsible practices by not just the workers, but the management. 5400 Cypress location

When I enter the Lil 'ceasers. There was a customer leaving as I walked to the counter I asked about adding a couple of extra toppings to a large pepperoni and cheese pizza that was priced at $9 something. She automatically in a "really?you don't know you can't add anything to that pizza. I said, no I didn't and before I even finished she proceeded to tell me that if I wanted to add ingredients I had to get the bigger more expensive pizza. I mean what kinda joint is this? I didn't say this to her but my kids and I grew up on Johnnies Pizza and Pizza Pizza! Now it's been awhile since I had been to a lil ceasers, so maybe the rules have changed. Anyway I got the larger pizza with the added ingredients all the while,her cutting me off before I answer, anything else?,will that be all? I just wanted to leave. Then to top it all off., Now I all for a greasy pizza, it's supposed to be greasy. But literally every bite was a soggy mouthful of gease. I'm sorry I don't usually complain. Unless ! They are good when you want hot and ready! Ordering...the last time we waited 40 min when order was suppose to be ready in twenty...however I know places get busy. Overall good for the price.
