I can’t rate the food,because we never got our food. Waitress never put our order in and didn’t bother to tell us , until I asked about it. 30 minutes of waiting. Do better Logans

Yas was amazing and so was the food and atmosphere!! I love me some Logan’s roadhouse! My friends and I went tonight after being iced in for 3 days straight. Yas took such great care of us and kept us served the entire time. I highly recommend this place always!!

I had the worst experience. The drink didn't taste like it should have. The food was cold,the ribs I ordered was dry, the chicken stripes were dry & hard & the fries were lil warm. They redid it but it still was unacceptable. I left all it on the table. Will not be going backWe had waited an hour for the food also & that was the results. Wasted time & money.

ORDERED LUNCH FOR OUR WORK CHRISTMAS PARTY, EVEN CALLED THE DAY BEFORE TO GO OVER ORDER WITH THE MANAGER. SHOW UP TO GET ORDER ONLY TO FIND OUT IT HAD BEEN GIVEN TO SOMEONE ELSE!! WAS TOLD IT WOULD BE TWO HOUR WAIT TIME TO GET MY ORDER WHICH WAS NOT ACCEPTABLE FOR OUR EVENT

If I could give a very BIG 0 I would the service sucked the food was cold and I had to 30 minutes after I got there to get my food . To spend 60 $ on food for one person and it be that shitty and very wrong, they may need new management and workers

I haven’t came to Logan’s in longgggg time and for the record I lovvve the rolls but we’ve always had bad service so today I was craving the rolls and said let’s try it one mo gen so we did and I’m on google reviews now to let the peeps that it happened to yall to that I found an very nice very experienced friendly he treats u respectfully and makes it a warm and fuzzy environment but really he remembers pays attention and goes out his way to make u pleased thank u for the service and experience we’ve had today lenneth B he’s at the West Monroe la one yall should definitely ask for him when you go k bye
