Big shoutout to McDonald’s on Wells rd West Monroe, LA. They were so busy today 12/6/25 and very stressed out but they did not let their customers down. Food was cold... staff was very dismissive, didn't make sure they knew what I wanted after I was very specific. The girl just rang me up and gave me whatever, my order was all wrong and I didn't get the condiments I had asked for!

I come about 5:30-6am a they never have coffee available.. what are y’all even open for then that early if I can’t even get a cup of coffee .
